Working at ROAST

We’re incredibly proud of the company culture we have built here at ROAST; a culture that has been recognised for many awards, including being named as of one of The Sunday Times’ Best 100 Small Companies to Work for in 2018, 2019 and 2020.

We’ve been fortunate enough to create this working environment by being passionate about putting our people at the heart of everything we do, whilst working collaboratively to craft our culture together. We ensure every member of staff feels fully supported, receives advanced training and are genuinely rewarded, through a range of initiatives. These include numerous company social events throughout the year, external training opportunities, and being welcomed into one of ROAST’s five ‘houses’ on day one.

  • Active company social life
  • Football, netball, bowling, and softball teams
  • Monthly drinks after each company meeting
  • Winter and summer parties
  • All social events arranged by a staff committee
  • Events supporting a nominated charity each year
  • ROAST houses
